I tend to stay away from forums when looking for info about a MLM company. If I want facts, I'll go straight to the source, and actually talk to people who are, or have been in, the business. Usually, people who post 'piss and moan' posts about an MLM company, are the ones that didn't succeed...

I've come to the conclusion that everything Google does is random. As far as I've seen, there are no consistencies when trying to rank your site in Google.

This is piracy, pure and simple. In the US, you could be fined and/or imprisoned for several years. It's not worth the risk.

I don't think you'll get in trouble if your site looks similar, but you will if you try to blatantly make a clone of FB, or if you trick visitors into thinking they are on FB (ie, phishing)
