Yes, this matches my experience with UNF. It's the only software I have bought from Clyde. A note to say it is now under new ownership would have been nice, but the software continues to be maintained and the customer support is good under the new owners.

Piwik is an excellent alternative to Google Analytics. It is free and you host it yourself. Very easy to set up.

The program keeps crashing when I try to filter the list of sites in "Site Manager". I type a keyword into the search box at the top left, then select "List Name" from the dropdown list to the right.
