Ok, so I raised another ticket with them and they've informed me last weeks payment will be included in the next one. So if you're still missing a payment let them know.

Update: Received payment from CB this week, but it did not include last week unpaid invoice, so I guess not a problem with Payoneer. Hope you guys all got it sorted. Another ticket opened!

I don't have money worries, I just like to keep on top of who is ripping me off (or attempting to) I'm not suggesting either party are - but some resolution to a financial matter should be available in a reliable form.

You should be able to block anything from that referrer in your htaccess. Off the top of my head I can't think of the rewrite condition you'd need but it's certainly possible although he could easily spoof the referrer and change it on every request. Something like RewriteCond %{HTTP:REFERER}...
