Update: Another order, hasn't moved since 4/28.

It's refunded to the balance which is not refundable so it's essentially a waste of $ for me since the only service I deposited $ for cannot be fulfilled. $10 minimum, can't believe I actually regret depositing ten dollars.

Terrible service, ordered on 4/28 and still hasn't moved. Put in 2 support tickets, first one they said it was restarted; 2nd one "will cancel or complete" basically they have no idea if they can even fulfill any of the stuff on this panel. 0/10 Screenshots attached for proof
