Yeah, definitly get a dedicated box for this, there is no sustainable way any VPS provider can offer you 20TB. LeaseWeb, OVH, Hetzner etc all have decent boxes and prices with the required bandwidth. Or get a 100Mbps unmetered, 33TB per month!
