I've been using squid proxies for a couple of years. I just ordered another 25 for scrapebox and Inspyder Rank Reporter. The proxies work very well. You can rotate every month after paying the current invoice and customer support is always helpful. Recommended.

Yes, it's good. TinyURL (and most other URL shorteners) use 301 redirects so link juice is passed through the link.
