Yup ... that "moderation" practice is a real issue . I realize it is for the benefit of the community but there out to be better ways .....

I am also new here ... does the low post count work against a newbie ? I mean sure ... new to this site but that doesn't mean anything in particular ... right ?

From personal experience .... my time at college was a waste of time !!! Get an MBA .... learned nothing I didn't already know . If I had to do it over again ; I would spend time learning PhP and html . It would have been more useful than that useless degree !!! But again ; I always worked...
