Just need someone to verify/confirm: - Shared Hosting/IP (All my EMD are same IP/ shared host) - Number of indexed links (from observation: domain with 500 and above indexed still remain) - PR (PR 0-1 got hit)

Being a seller and buyer on flippa. I think it is helping the buyer market instead of the seller. I have stop listing after I seen prices and sales drop. You probably see more good quality sites ... but what about seller who give you $29x 2 everyday?

If you don't intend to setup anything, just sell it. Holding on to it doesn't add more value since it is already aged "enough". Through auction sites or forums, but I doubt you can get any offer higher than $50.
