What is polipo and how does it work?

In the configuration file, what would I change to allow it to play flash movies etc...

Don't know exactly how that would fix it but.....no.

So it is Privoxy that is causing it. Any way to stop it from doing this?

Here's my problem. I use the Tor addon together with Privoxy and it works great. The only problem is that whenever I got to a website that requires Adobe Flash, like youtube, Firefox will tell me that I either have Javascript deactivated or no Adobe Flash player (or an old one). I can not watch...
