Add fresh content regularly. It's going to take time but you will get out of the penalty box eventually. Why did you get penalized in the first place?

Thanks for making this post. This should help clear the confusion between a scammer and someone who just hasn't been able to complete a project/order YET. It's tough for serious service providers to be labeled as scammers. I also agree with other posts above, it's important to "communicate"...
