I get the latter points and I enjoy them for a similar reason. I also enjoy the damage they can wreak during a storm, various objects flying through the air (not thinking about the $$$ afterwards though).

It was from both I think. One YT user commented she was in hospital but it could've been another passenger as there was 2 women talking. That Le Mans crash changed everything in motor racing. It's just a pity that often changes for the better in motor sport only come after great losses.

They're good to watch when you know no one gets hurt or killed. If I see a crash and I know someone gets killed it's hard to watch again.

Now I know why they were filming. If I actually thought about it I might actually have figured it out. D'oh. We've got them in the UK as well but I don't think their commonplace just yet.
