Google penalty for 2.0 sites?
This may not be the answer you're looking for, but what you described doesn't sound like it can turn out good for you. You never want to spam your backlinks, especially from "sketchy" sites. I would stay away from porn sites (lol) and try to build your backlinks naturally.- tightline
