You're right, they changed it for US itunes. If you want the paypal cashout you can just make a new itunes account with the location anywhere exept US and download the checkpoints app from the appstore again. Its the same thing but has paypal only

download the checkpoints apk on 4shared that works for most people

I just found out today that the Paypal cashouts are only available for the international Checkpoints app. You can still get the international app, however you need to make another itunes account in any country other than US
