Yes, I'll have to partially agree with this. Might have been a bit harsh there. In generaly, AMs are nice and if your leads are not questionable, then you will get paid. The relationship aspect comes into play ocassionaly. You don't even need to know your AM for that matter. That being said...

You will be assigned an AM who will look after all your activity, leads, payouts etc. Piss them off and you will not get paid. It's essential that you maintain an amicable relationship with your AM. ANy queries or complaints you have will be directed to them first.
