Basically they are just going to his site and scraping all his content, code etc... It's simple to do when you are using just basic html. I would block the IP address though its your best bet especially if they are constantly just stealing crap from your site. That won't stop them but it might...

Why don't you just go into your control panel in your hosting and block their IP???

OP? Can you tell if they are stealing your content through your RSS feed??? Most scrappers go there cause its pretty simple ... if they are you can try this: If you know the IP from which they are operating, then you can simply block them from your feed by putting this code in your .htaccess...

I gotcha, was curious so I can make some recommendations. I would say lets take this convo offline and see if we can put together a solution but we typically have emailers spread out the sending across multiple IP's though...

I totally agree if the OP has no experience or no colleagues or friends with experience with these hosting providers then how do you justify who is better than another or deserves to be on this list....?
