Use the mobile API and do your work via HTTP requests. You can also just use an android emulator and change the device identifiers each time. Just know that IG knows about all of these methods so you'll constantly have to tweak things. It's not easy.

It gets tricky when running a bunch of slave accounts from one device. IG knows very well when a bunch of spammy actions come from several accounts on one device.

Are you using a bot or manual? Desktop or mobile? Avoid VPNs. All of the big boys know about the VPN addresses.

By doing that you're essentially using your own mobile proxy. Using clean IPs is only one part of the equation, though.
