Cool find. I'm not sure if I do this right, but when I go to the detail page of a post on these users pages that detail page doesn't have a page rank. Only their main page. Is this correct?

Found it, and filled in the form. I'll keep everyone informed on the progress. For the record, I have a German website, used one German keyword and keyword is also part of the domain name. Should this work then I'll get another package for another German website.
