I'm totally OK with going the paid servicr route. However many of them will close your account before or during the sending process.

A large amount of them are Gmail for sure. It doesn't have to be same day but the offer has an expiration date so it can't take longer than a week to send them all.

Design services. The contacts are all individuals who expressed interest and opt in.

Demand is actually more, which is why Im confused by the huge drop in open rate. The website itself is being hosted on a dedicated Ionos server; Im starting to think that may be the issue.

I agree. My list are all opt-in so there's no cold emailing being done. Bounce rate is still around 1-2%. It sucks because I spent over 2 years building this list. I used IONOS to register the domain. Someone told me recently that may be the reason for issues.
