I sent 10k unique visitors and I had around 20 optins - If I understood correctly, I should've received at east $20-$40 for this but it wasn't credited. Tried contacting my affiliate manager but could not get in touch with support. Wasn't for me anyway.

I've used chargify, they are a good company but they charge too much ($129 per month which was just upped a few months ago from $90 per month). They have a wide selection of gateway integration as well.

You can also get around these things by simply stating them in your Flippa auction. For example I had sites with over 2 years revenue, I just put them on the listing and screenshot the earnings for 2 years. Simple :)

If your site is hosted on a server like hostgator you can always contact chat and support to help you retrieve your old site. If you did not back it up, then I guess you are out in the dark...

There are a bunch of seo services that you can get better results from. Just be careful with some of those cheap fiverr gigs because it can destroy your rankings. You can check out my company seo hamster and see if that could help.
