I did something similar. I would post a TV at the MSRP and throw a link to amazon saying "this is the tv w/ pics and specs" and I would get about 10 emails a day saying I was a moron for posting my TV higher than amazon. I just tell those people its "gold plated" and laugh in their face.

A lot of people on this forum are great at photo shopping things to make them look legit. Give one of them a try.

One word... Diversify. If you want to mess around with websites, put a little aside for that. Maybe invest in bonds or a mutual fund. Gold is always a solid investment. Maybe start an eCommerce dropship company. Like cars? Buy 'em, fix 'em, sell 'em. (this is what I would do.) You may be...

There are a surprising amount of items you can get at Wallyworld for cheaper. I just sold a TV today and netted ~$50. Would have been more if Amazon didn't lowball the shipping. Also, Walmart's website has a lot of deals that ship for $0.97. I try to use those products.

I would just tell the customer that WalMart is one of your suppliers and you didn't have it in stock so they just sent it from their warehouse for you.

I don't recommend using Ebay, amazon all day. Call them up and just ask, "Hey if I place an order can you remove the prices? Its a gift for my wife/mom/sister/friend."

I agree but the audience of the show is usually middle-upper class, has money to spend and is older. I'm hoping that means they don't even know what a torrent is

Official Day 1 ( I guess) Opened up an amazon affiliate account and am in the process of plastering the links on youtube videos to buy TV show episodes. Also listed around ~35 products to amazon to dropship from other suppliers to make a nice profit. (Anywhere from 15 - 200)

You can also check out link*bucks but their links are long(er) and look all spammy.

So here's my plan after a little research. I am going to create a site to cater to a popular TVshow. Include forum all that kinda stuff. Then link to Amazon to be able to DL or buy the show. This ontop of Adsense should be quite profitable.
