So many spam accounts on here. You literally have another post replying to about how Yoast SEO works and you have no idea how to install WordPress? Something needs to be done about these newly created accounts posting just for the sake of getting past the post limit.

Publish plugins and extensions for sale and actually have them sell. It's a big time risk/investment.

You can use any csv import plugin for the import part. Then for interlinking posts, you can use something like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/link-whisper/. Not sure what you mean by getting the featured image from the title though.

Completely different things. One is a CMS, the others are framework libraries. You'll still need a backend for react etc unless you want to just manage the site by editing the files and redeploying everytime
