To post the images is one thing and is probably perfectly legal. To create a shadow company and extort money to remove them takes it to the next level IMO.

Seems crazy that such a thing is legal. I think there's grounds for extortion charges or law suit being they will only remove it for a fee. And being that they are offering that service as a separate company, sounds like an extortion racket to me.
