I see lots of PBNS with all their posts on the homepage. My question is do all those posts with links in them get recognized as homepage links being they are on the homepage? Also if they do count as homepage links, do the links HAVE to be visually seen (whole post can be read from homepage)...

Varies. Some people got hit hard. Some people like me is slowly falling in the results. I went from #1 to #3 and now to #8 in little over a week for my main domain keyword. Some of my other keywords though dropped 15-30 places. I'm now practicing more diversity to see what happens...
