Hah I wont even lie my bench is only 115 for reps, just started training in june after not even a push up in like 7 years.

It was $235 a person with a group of 14, a little more for singles/smaller groups. It varies alot depending on where you are, but its one of those things you probably want to spend more on.

Has anyone ever been skydiving? I jumped for my first time over the weekend and It was incredible, Im still reeling from the experience and haven't been this clear headed in years. just wanted to hear about others experience.

I second the stop whining, I do it full time, have for a couple years now and love it, Research and stay on top of new trends and you'll be fine. Maybe its just me but I really don't find it too difficult

Thats odd then don't know what to tell ya, although I've noticed that while google wmt still shows them, ose is showing about 1000 less links then it was a month ago for one of my sites. maybe discounting lower quality links?
