Someone is using the site to spam subdomains.

If they are creating new subdomains then likely either their DNS provider or cloudflare has been hacked.

Will this Adsense ads method will be profitable?

Yes, it will work, until Google ban your account for enticing visitors to click on ads.

    Linux is a joke

Oh I dunno, perhaps the thread title "linux is a joke" would be a good start.

    Linux is a joke

And yet the vast majority of Linux users (myself included) are happily using their OS everyday for work and leisure purposes without any problems at all.

    Building a Successful Online Forum

Yes, a forum that has been around for around 20 years? And anybody whos been here for a while knows full well both the quality and quantity of posts here his diminished significantly in the past decade. The rest of your post is mostly nonsense, you're trying to compare to places like Discord...

    Building a Successful Online Forum

Good luck, you're going to need it. You're around 15 years too late, i'll be amazed if you're even able to earn enough to cover the costs of your domain registration. The forum era is mostly dead these days, and is certainly not receptive to new forums.

the well-known folder in the file manager in cpanel was deleted, is that okay?

Yes, most cpanels have lets encrypt integrated, meaning you can have SSL certs without paying for them. The well known folder handles renewal of the SSL cert automatically (if using lets encrypt). So the question is - are you using lets encrypt on any of your cpanel hosted sites?

the well-known folder in the file manager in cpanel was deleted, is that okay?

Are you using lets encrypt on any of your websites hosted on your cpanel? If so, this folder is needed, and without it, cpanel won't be able to auto renew lets encrypt certificates. If you're not using lets encrypt, it won't make any difference.

    Is IPv4 a recession-proof asset?

It wasn't poorly designed at all, it just wasn't apparent 30 years ago that 4 billion + addresses wouldn't be enough to accommodate the growth of the Internet.

    Is IPv4 a recession-proof asset?

Lol, ipv4 are a terrible long term asset. Sure term sure, they should hold their value for a year or two, but Ipv6 adoption is happening quickly, a decade from now ipv4 addresses will be worth a fraction of what they are worth now.

Why do so many people say BHW is not what it used to be?

Haha, quite possibly! Although if this current era of BHW is ever considered "good" then god only knows how bad things will get a decade from now!

Why do so many people say BHW is not what it used to be?

BHW used to be a great place for unique, informative and relevant information on SEO and making money on the Internet. Nowdays it's overrun by low quality posts. There is no way to filter these, the format is the same as it was 10 years ago. Compare to Reddit where people can upvote/downvote...

    which CPA is good?

do you mean dock the pollfish widget into your site?

    Is IPv4 a recession-proof asset?

Ipv6 adoption is happening slower than expected, I think at least for the next decade or so, ipv4 addresses will continue to be valuable and even to increase in price. But, there will come a time where the demand dwindles because ipv6 adoption takes over.

    Create Proxy with Cloud

There might be a cheaper way, but before i rented out a VPS (lowest spec one) and installed squid proxy on there. Then just connect to the VPS IP and squid proxy port you configure.
