The hardest part of selling anything is always the traffic. Many sites let you create a store in minutes, but if everyone can make a store in minutes, what will make you stand out how will they find you if 1000 other stores are selling the same product.

ebay is still worth it if you have a good product. the ebay fees and shipping fees have gone up and now you kind of need to use the ebay ads to be on the first page which take more percentage so as long as you do your homework before and understand all the fees and shipping cost upfront then yes.
