Not gonna lie. I've always wanted to try airdrops but I never got into reading and actually doing anything with them. A wallet of mine got drained this spring and that's kept me from going in that direction.

I was actually like you when I first started IM ..I was a total noob.
I tried so many things and I barely made any actual money..In the end I didn't really make any "good" money..but I didn't quit.
My beliefs changed and I changed. I no longer believed I had to go to get a 9-5...

1. For task management..I just write down my weekly and daily to do lists.(Apart from main goals which are written down at the begining of the year.)
I seem to get more things done that way and because it feels great to check things off at the end of the day...
My current roadblocks are finding the perfect team and getting things done on time.
Finding people who are experts at what they do and who are also honest and trustworthy.
Second ..I have a hard time getting things done on time and that can mean loosing out on revenue.
Sometimes I have to wait...
