What fixed it for me was moving host: for some odd reason, Bing idiot bot gets blocked (or blocks itself like dumb and dumber) and it doesn't even index the pages. Since you've already tried moving to another host: the only other way is to contact support or adding a direct sitemap (i.e post URL)

Yes, get rid of them. The last thing you need is a bunch of spam links that your clients can blame you for (I've been blamed for far worse)
