Well, that was just my opinion and how I figure out how much "my" sites are worth. I look at revenue, time spent, traffic, rank, domain, and much more... Yeah serious buyers don't really care about how much time you put in. But, I wouldn't short hand myself if "I" feel like my site is worth more...

Since you didn't mention it, I am guessing that the site doesn't make any kind of revenue? If the site generates good revenue you can sell it a lot higher than what I personally believe it is worth. In my opinion I will have to say $300-$700 dollars(for domain) because you haven't told anyone...
