What matters is the clickthroughs and purchases of your target market. So does your target market consist more of english...

yeahh! make sure you dont spam keywords unecessarily though. i dont think the google bots like those. it'll be seen as spam and your post will be downgraded

why dont you try emailing the websites? they might have an affiliate program. also, try scrolling down all the way to the website, there sometimes is an affiliate link. Hope that helped
