Yes I did and they have not answered me yet. I also noticed on their sales thread that they haven't been active for quite a while not responding to people's complaints about the downtime issues.

I found advertsafe on BHW and I started the free trial and cloaked some of my links. But after a few minutes it gives me errors meaning there is downtime with this cloaker. And as I later discovered from comments and reviews advertsafe is good but it has a lot of downtime and I dont want that...

Well since lately I have been seeing too many complaints about downtime and the issue is not fixed and even worse there isnt any response by the admins, I guess I am not even considering buying this cloaker. This is not good bussines!!
