Amazon is cracking down hard on PLR based books. You could get your account closed if you go that route. You have to make lots of changes to your PLR in order to get it accepted on KDP. You will be better off creating sales websites and then promoting your boon forums, facebook ang G+

For the KDP versions there is not minimum number of pages. For Createspace the minimum depends on the category but short books are in general not recommended.

The physical book will be your "invitation letter" to your seminar or workshop :) How would you feel to receive a physical copy of a book from a potential partner inside one of Amazon's shipping boxes? Don't you just love to see those packages on your mail box?

This might be a good idea.. but since you are trying to reach the offline market which is not familiar with CB maybe try getting it published on Amazon CS which will increase your reputation by being a physical book published author.
