It's normal. Contact their affiliate support and provide them the order number of your customer. Unfortunately they have to add it manually. I would say never used Godaddy affiliate over CJ. You are scrubbed 6 out of 10 sales if you promote them via CJ.

Yes I am getting high targeted traffic from Bing. 350+ @ 0.89$ a click and no sales. What a joke! I have contacted their support and they said there is no sales whatsoever.
