In the article on my blog I believe I mentioned how someone could dig up that email with a crafty Google search. I was even able to find some of my older domains that way. And yes I use different emails or I delete the email in the Cpanel.

You might want to be careful when doing this, accounts are getting banned pretty easily for using scraped UIDs.
