Thats a very low volume market to be making such bold prediction. ~$9 million last 24 hr vol on BTC/USD. I would have thought it would be relatively easy to make a wick like that with such thin order books.

You could do this using google sheets. Each exchange has an api call that lists all the pairs. Check that on a timer and when it finds a new one send yourself an email. You need a bit of google script obviously but its possible I made one in 2018 for coinbase.
This is what CZ said in 2018 when some new startup called them out
Around the same time they said that any listing fees would be donated to charity.
Seems they listed a few shitcoins since then though lol
But anyway, it still says this on their website...
I think you misunderstand me. You told exodus to send $400 and it sent $400 worth of eth as valued when you clicked send. Whats it say you sent when you look on etherscan?

I would hazard a guess that during the time it took you to do that first screenshot the ETH/USD rate changed. Then by the time you clicked Send your $400 was slightly more ETH.
Look the transaction hash up on etherscan you will probably see that you actually sent the higher amount.
And the irony is if your friend had done that he still would have his crypto.
Im honestly not sure what you think Coinbase should do in this instance? But it seems you are more on the right track with going after the phone operator. Its them that ported him so easily so they are really at...
Its not. You can get sim swapped on your paypal account or wherever else you use sms as 2fa.
Its the phone companies that are at fault but everyone keeps blaming coinbase, paypal or whoever so it never gets tightened up.
I know you are angry but all you are doing here is giving bad advice that could lead people down the same road as your friend.
Dont trust any of them. If people must keep things on exchanges they should be spread across a few for damage limitation at least.
Your friend got sim swapped so...
