use HMA(hide my ass) VPN. their VPN software allows you to select different locations and you can set it up to alternate every x amount of minutes. will work perfect for what you need. hidemyass.com

unfortunately not too many people are going to share their exact methods with you, as it puts theirselves at risk. however, i have heard sendy.co or whoever mentioned it, is the best to use right now, as it runs off of amazon ses. sounds like your problem is your list, too many bounce backs...
