Working on an update now. Pretty awesome stuff.

Seriously guys.. its a term that gets 320 global, 140 local searches a month. OP: You're going to throw money away at a keyword not worth targeting.

Should be able to get spot 2-3 if you have a solid strategy for link building. Doubt it'll be a walk in the park though.

It only seems like you're doing the kw research and flipping aspect, where you want someone to do everything else.. the risk really seems to be on the person you're jv'ing with.
