SocialBacklinkerPro might be better if you plan to paste content directly into the wordpress post editor. BlogSense might be better if you want to drip feed content from your other blog's RSS...

You could take your blog to The Authority Link Network (can't link yet), and add it to their link network and they will accept it, and then you can use that as a key to piggyback off of this already established link network. That's what I would do if I had a spare high PR blog.
