My budget right now is $5/ ad set. The ad sets are all wc set to purchase. I do about 3 ad sets per product. Feels like I am always getting sales by chance and never anything consistent like I read or hear about from other sellers.

How many ad sets do you make and what is the daily budget for each of those? I am having a hard time trying to figure this out.

How do you like it? Did you ever compare it with Shopify? I still struggle with it sometimes. For example, my purchase pixel is not firing whereas everything fired with shopify. I'd imagine it must be good if you are using it with 3 stores.
