Yes, proper mobile proxy that does not scream bot/linux or just burned IP. Get a real proxy with 1:1 carrier params like IP Royal, Voidmob or Proxy Empire. No proxy/vpn detected on those as they come from real mobile devices. Rotate IP before so you verify low fraud score.

Yup SMS service should do the work, just make sure it's non voip. I personally use voidmob for my setups, they have global non voip numbers, since you are regsistering for Weibo HK number should work best. There are bunch of other providers aswell.

Same setup I mentioned works for phones as well, you don't need adspower or gologin all it needs is good p0f, proxy and sms. You can try to emulate iOS on gologin instead of Mac OS, might be better. Regarding phones I used to do same with Iphones + shadowrocket and rest same setup.
