Yes you can repost them on YouTube but make sure you don't post it with tiktok watermark. I have seen YouTube channels get traffic from just doing that
If you have a paid SEO tool, look for the keyword that your competitors in your niche rank for, and try to outrank them by writing a better content and better optimizing for that keyword.
Note that the competitor should not be a blog that have a very high authority in that niche. Look for ones...
Yea they make money but it is all about traffic. You will need to rank number one to three on Google for the keyword of that tool, and that takes time and sometimes money
