Hey, for beginners I use BigSpy and AdSpy, they are simple and show what other people running ads, you can see top ads, creatives and copies, helps a lot to get ideas and check what works, just start small and test few things.

Honestly I mostly ignore most of them, sometimes try small ones if it makes sense. A lot of time it just pushes for more spend. I check if it really fits my campaign first before applying.
