From my experience, Quora traffic is more intent based, o conversions are usually better. reddit is cheaper and good for volume, but users are ,mostly browsing so results can be inconsistent. If your goal is leads or sales I will suggest quora.

Most times clicks but no conversions happens because the landing page doesn’t match what the ad promised, or the traffic intent is not strong enough.
