check ur channel's stats. I think it all has to do with retention (how long users keep watching the Short on average) If retention time is low, then the hook is ur main issue

go for hybrid automation, a mix of AI and manual work. thats what works now

you won't make shit from this unless u have a fully automated system to exploit websites and bulk upload PDFs. If you do this manually you'll be making peanuts
