I'd go with native translated pages if SEO is the goal. Search engines can index those properly while a translate widget is mainly for user convenience.
Blogspot is fine for publishing content but I wouldn't count on it for link authority. I'd rather use it to share useful content than just as a backlink site.
Focus on one topic at a time. Publish a strong pillar page first then support it with related articles linking back to it. This helps build topical authority.
Be careful buying backlinks for a new SaaS. A few relevant quality links are worth more than lots of low-quality ones. Always check the site's relevance, traffic, and content first.
I'd check which keywords are getting lots of impressions but very few clicks first. A few title and meta description tweaks can make a bigger difference than people expect.
