Really good thread and video is king. Keep up with the posts as enjoying the read. From my own experience, news videos have to be uploaded fast to get most views, to late and no views.

If first transactions with Paypal they will hold on to funds for a couple of weeks. The more transactions you put through paypal limits will be lifted. if you can link a credit card to the account as this can also make a difference.

run down the website over a couple of weeks so traffic dies down and the new guy gets fired for doing a crap job. In the mean time set up a duplicate site and offer it to the main competitor for a small price with a percentage of all sales the website generates. Win Win situation.
