I would reccommend strongly to start from rental masked services based on infra PayPal or Stripe or just find any stealth accs + additionally card processing + local rails and routing. and dont forget alert services too

from Processing payments side I would reccommend to mix diff gateways, but for the best perfomance working PayPal and Stripe, you could use some cloaked or already stable rental services based on it
