I often do that too, only post organically for the first week to warm up the page and then run light ads. Doing so will make the account more stable, less limited and CPM is also softer

Yeah, I ran into the same thing before. The reach looked good but the results were terrible. After I narrowed the target and changed the creative a bit, the CPM decreased and the leads were better

I also had the same situation as you because the target file was too wide and the creative was not attractive enough. You can check again, if it is correct then shrinking the file will be ok

In my opinion, account trust is still the core factor. No matter how good the creative or landing page is, if the account is weak, it won't survive. Meta scans very carefully now, so I prioritize clean accounts, spend regularly, then optimize creative later
