the only catch to this is that you should already have an account with enough karma to comment on that subreddit. If you are looking to grow from zero, will have to grind before moving to this strategy.

few of them already mentioned this but what you are taking on is a huge task with multiple channels. Your chances of hitting the goal would be much higher if you concentrated on just one channel and put all your efforts into that.

depends on which stage the channel is. for a new channel, regular posting is required to get new subs. Once the channel has a decent number of videos + subs, the frequency can drop.

compare the hooks. did you have a good hook for the short that got you that many views? try to create similar content and play around. That'll give you a good idea on what to do
