Hi James, something I noticed when exporting a GSA campaign (using tier 1 option, not sure if the same happens for tier 2), is that the 250 description has the same length as the 450 one. A suggestion would be to use 2 sentences instead of 3 for the 250 description.

As far as I know, there is a relevancy tab, but I don't use it so I am unaware if it works when scraping or only when creating the articles. It would be a nice feature, since I believe that the quality of the output is directly related to the quality of the "scraping"

This is my personal opinion, but if you wait for perfection in any software, you will have to wait for a long time. Currently, WAC does what I require. Your situation could be different, but it works for me :)
